Already enrolled in the program?

If you are an existing member of the NUYOU program, all information, tools and resources can now be accessed via a mobile patient support app called COHERE.

You should have received an SMS with details of how to download the app. If you have any issues, please call the NUYOU team on 1800 168 968.

I can’t see my treatment?

To enrol into the NUYOU Support Program, you must have been prescribed a GSK medication associated with the program. If you are unsure about a diagnosis you have received, or a medication you have been prescribed, please speak to your doctor.

Important update: NUYOU transition to ASCEND BioCare

From 1 September 2026, the NUYOU Patient Support Program will transition to ASCEND BioCare, managed by Inservio Home.

Support for eligible patients and healthcare professionals will include medication home delivery, injection training, and assistance with S100 prescription processes.

New enrolments to ASCEND BioCare open from 1 September 2026. Existing NUYOU support will continue until 30 October 2026 for currently enrolled patients.
